Message	the short block. That's what I did. They are the experts and have the proper measuring instruments. Also they can balance the bottom end to zero grams . Unless you want a vibration free balanced motor have a reputable machine shop do it. Mike Dynoed 400 RWHP @ 19 psi 384 RWHP @ 17psi On Stock Turbos. Dynoed 515 rwhp and 420 ft.lbs @ 16psi 89 degrees. 533 rwhp and 450 ft. lbs @19 psi and slipping clutch and heat soaked motor , 85 degrees.
